OnDuty Systems, LP prides itself on providing excellent Houston Alarms and personalized service. OnDuty security system installations are custom designed for our customer’s specific needs. We are constantly striving to bring our customers sophisticated technology and state-of-the-art systems.
Our Staff is highly trained and experienced in the art of installation, service, and monitoring of security and fire alarm systems, closed-circuit television; and the latest in structured wiring, surround sound and home entertainment equipment. The right people make the difference, and we will be right there for you anytime you need us!
Employee Screening
OnDuty screens its new hires, and employs only those with the highest in integrity. Our entire staff has gone through a pre-employment polygraph (screening for drugs, crime, and conspiracy to commit a crime), and a past employment background check; together with a fingerprint records check with both the FBI and the Texas Department of Public Safety. As of September 1, 2019, the State of Texas does not require a license for Security Sales Personnel. OnDuty will continue to maintain the same requirements of vetting our sales people as in the past. We would not put personnel in your home or business without careful background searches, fingerprints and Pre-Employment polygraph.
Our History
OnDuty Systems, LP (formerly known as Alarm & Lock Technologies, Inc.) was founded in 1994. The principals of OnDuty have been in the industry beginning in 1977.
Our Associations
OnDuty’s sister company is OnDuty Pest Control, LLC. OnDuty Pest Control is a full service pest control company operating in the Houston and Dallas / Ft. Worth areas. OnDuty features the installation of Pest-Tubes, an in-wall pest tubing system, that provides for “low impact” of pest control products in the home.
