OnDuty Cancellation Documents
Please understand our process of cancellation assures us that it is you, our customer, who is requesting the cancellation. We do not accept verbal requests or our “contact” internet forms being filled out with cancellation requests due to security integrity issues.
Additionally, if you are cancelling prior to the completion of your agreement, there will be Early Termination Fees. Please refer to your agreement concerning same. We all thank you for your business!
Cancellation forms will be processed only if/when an account balance is paid in full. Cancellation is 30 days from form submission.
- ALARM Customer Disconnect Request – This is for our OnDuty, Systems LP – Alarm Services
- PEST CONTROL Customer Disconnect Request – This is for our Pest Control Services

We do value you as our customer and appreciate the opportunity to correct any issues leading to your request for early termination, if not relocation mandated.
