MONITORING AGREEMENT

OnDuty Systems, LP is committed to providing its customers with excellent and on-time service.

Any time a security system or other service is requested by a customer, OnDuty and the customer will enter into a Monitoring Agreement or Service Agreement.

The agreement will be custom to your order and can contain different terms and conditions. The agreement will (generally) provide a list of equipment to be installed, services to maintained, equipment services after the installation, limited warranties, limited liabilities, and the charges for such services.

OnDuty's sales personnel can explain the offer, including many of the terms and conditions of the offer, and once you request service, will provide you with a written agreement prior to your installation.
