Employee ScreeningOnDuty screens its new hires, and employs only those with the highest in integrity. Our entire staff has gone through a pre-employment polygraph (screening for drugs, crime, and conspiracy to commit a crime), and a past employment background check; together with a fingerprint records check with both the FBI and the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Our HistoryOnDuty Systems, LP (formerly known as Alarm & Lock Technologies, Inc.) was founded in 1994. Russell Vail and Forrest Jenkins, are the principals of OnDuty, with over 60 years of accumulated industry service.

Our AssociationsOnDuty's sister company is OnDuty Pest Control, LLC. OnDuty Pest Control is a full service pest control company operating in the Houston and Dallas / Ft. Worth areas. OnDuty features the installation of Pest-Tubes, an in-wall pest tubing system, that provides for "low impact" of chemicals in the home.

Our LicensesOnDuty Systems, LP is licensed by the Texas Commission on Private Security, the Texas Board of Insurance, Fire Marshal's Office, and the Professional and Occupational Licensing Board, South Carolina. OnDuty Pest Control, LLC is licensed by the Texas Structural Pest Control Board.
